This is the first of four classes for the Instructional Design Certification program at University of Wisconsin – Stout. The Trends and Issues in Instructional Design course provided an introduction to learning theory, instructional design models, and the instructional design and development process. I studied many variables that affect adult learning, techniques for stimulating and sustaining learner motivation, and how to reinforce learning. (Finished class June 21, 2019.)
